%GMTIME% uses the default date format defined by the {DefaultDateFormat} setting in configure
- expands to 25 Apr 2024 - 22:40

Tokens can be shortened to 3 characters
Example: %GMTIME{"$day $month, $year - $hour:$min:$sec"}% expands to 25 Apr, 2024 - 22:40:58
